Bentley's Dog Groomers VIP Membership Program - Terms and Conditions

Membership Duration
- The VIP Membership Program is a 12-month commitment.
- The membership is valid for one dog only.

Payment Terms
- Membership payments are to be made monthly via direct debit on the 5th of each month.
- Monthly payments help spread the cost of grooming and provide additional extras where applicable.
- Payments must be made on time to maintain membership status. Late or missed payments may result in membership cancellation at the management’s discretion.

Appointment Scheduling
- All grooming appointments for the 12-month period must be booked in advance.
- Appointments should be scheduled within the recommended timescale as advised by Bentley's Dog Groomers.

- If an appointment cannot be attended, Bentley's must be informed via text or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a fee.
- Cancelled appointments must be rebooked within one week, depending on salon availability.
- Failure to attend a rescheduled appointment or repeated cancellations may result in additional fees.

Early Termination
- Early termination of the membership before the 12-month period may result in a termination fee.
- Termination fees will be calculated based on the remaining duration of the membership, sewrvices received and any outstanding payments.

Membership Benefits
- VIP Membership packages include additional extras where applicable. These extras are subject to change and availability.

Management Discretion
- Bentley's Dog Groomers reserves the right to modify or cancel the VIP Membership Program or its terms at any time, with prior notice to members.
- Memberships may be cancelled at the management’s discretion for non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
